are you kidding me...!? the tool is giving keys to ppl that last time logged in was in september of 2011 they probly never gonna use the key cuz they forgot about it...

Yeah it has to be completely random. Most of the people I've seen win BETA haven't logged in for like 2 months and never used the forums.
