I have a friend over sea wanna play poe with me in Na server, is there a way to have a chinese client play in NA server? have been google for hrs cant find a solution. help :(

If he is using the standalone client you download from this site and using the Singapore gateway then yes he can.
If he is using garena, no he can't...those servers and accounts are separate from the standalone. Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi
