Minion Resistances help needed - noob question

Hi Guys,

I badly need confirmation on a pretty noobish question
(probly because i'm a noob at this :-)).

Anyway: Do regular resistance bonuses from the passive tree, such as "fire walker", and from my gear ONLY benefit my character and NOT my minions?

I checked the game guide, wiki and forum posts and wasn't able to find a definitive answer. But as far as I can see, the only way to increase my minions' resistances is via passives like "grave consequences", via "necromantic aegis" and via the support gem "Minion and Totem Elemental Resistance".

I'm making some minor respecs, so I would really appreciate your help. :-)

Stats on your gear/tree passives don't affect minions unless it specifically says "minions...".
Linked support gems and auras affect minions so you can run purity auras to give them elemental resists.

Yes, only minion specific keystones, gems linked directly to the minions, and auras benefit minions.
