BSOD- is Poe the Cause Or Nay?

actually , since I did the system refresh ... its saying I need to update , though I don't recall it being there before the bsod , also I had asked my brother if the computer had any updates recently... cause I didn't want the problem to be POE .. I wanted to blame windows and the bsod was just coincidence and he said there was an update about 5 days ago ....... im gonna update it now , as well I will try POE .. afterwards... since the computer kinda lost everything that was important ..at this point theres not much else I can lose... so before I go thru the hassle of installing all the programs lost( if I can even find there keys/serials ) ill risk the bsod again ..

I feel bad cause I was the one who told him to download poe and play with me ..and less than 2 days later this happens...



as for SSD//mobile video card I am not sure ,

lenova flex 15 ideapad model 20309 -- I didn't order any thing special.. when I got this for him..i tried to google wether or not I had a ssd//or mobile video card ...and I couldn't find an answer...(ive also been up for 24 hours at this point trying to get this to work.. many hours of google and trying to learn things I am alien to .. lol so at this point my brain is about to crash as well)

and ... thank you guys.. so much , for even spending your time to try and help me .. it really means a lot.. ... ima update and try to play poe and see what happens
