Why isn't there a Help channel in PoE?

There is multiple Global chats and a Trade chat but not a Help chat. Any chance one will ever be added?

I'd much rather have a help chat open and learn about the game I'm playing than to have the Global cesspool chat up. I'm not saying there isn't any useful info in the Global chat, because there is, but weeding through all the other useless crap to see it is not worth it. I've played the game on and off casually here and there and I feel having some sort of help chat would be good for the game.
