i forgot what the actual name is but it's a unique bow that's level 33 does 49-180 Physical damage
increases Physical damage by about 50% increases critical strike by 100% and increases attack speed and adds some elemental damage, all of those were decreases, even the hit damage, on top of that it's level became 48 xD

I suggest doing some research about vaal orbs effects,

They can:
- completely randomize an item (with a high probability of getting good links/sockets and T1 mods). This mechanic also is what turns unique items into rares.
- do nothing.
- add a random implicit stat to an item.
- give white sockets


It's pretty much an equal chance for these effects to occur, however, each one is also somewhat random.

There's a saying: "vaal or no balls"

meaning that you need balls to use a vaal orb on a unique because you ALWAYS risk losing it
