Flask recepies dont work ?

The recepie to upgrade lvl 65 flask to lvl 70 flask dont work
I tried to sell 3 of the same tipe and it did nothing http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Vendor_recipes#Flasks It should be for example I sell Divine Life Flask ×3 and should get Eternal Life Flask ×1 BUT I got 3 scroll fragments Did I misunderstood the text or what ? |

Might not be possible for the new flasks.

I didn't even think about the vendor recipe, they only dropped for me in lvl70 bog map :\

They drop like hell in maps.
Just run some and look for flasks. You'll get some of them in no time. Day 1 of the patch I looked for them and got myself a few (baubled and alted them) and now I don't even look at flasks again. |

But you get the point the recepie should work for them aswell dont you think ?
