Yes they do, because you might still need favour, right?

Hakus Meta-Mod seems to allow rerolls without changing the prefixes, so if you roll a chaos orb it will only change the suffixes, sounds awesome (exspecially since you can remove it later). Tora should be the opposite.

If what I heard is correct Vagan allows to only roll attack mods (so no Spelldamage on Daggers, Staves and Sceptres) and Katarina has the same for spell mods.

We already now what Vorici is able to do (he can change corrupted items sockets).

Would be weird though if most of this is limited to the masters type of equipment, since this would mean that you could craft Armor and Bows much more precisely than Melee weapons with the exception of the huge simplification for caster-weapons.
