Well, I have to disagree, this is bad.
In what level can you buy the gems? Is the effort required to unlock it similar to the one needed to finish the merciless library quest? Add a Forsaken Masters questline

Masters is a boon to self-found players. Flippers not so much save currency and GG items.

Saw Multistrike for one regal from vagan day one, nobody was selling and I lvled him up shortly after.

I sell them for 1 alchemy each now since they drop quite commonly from gem strongboxes.
