Tempest Shield build

This is my Tempest Shield Templar build with massive lightening damage to anyone who dares to show threat to my entirely pacifist templar:

Templar Tempest Shield build

1st Weapon Slot: Energy/Armour shield with good block chance
2nd Weapon Slot: Anything benefitial for stats
Other items: Int items with good energy shield and damage return

Skills:
Tempest Shield
Purity Aura
Discipline Aura

Gameplay:
Walk into the enemies and wait for massive damage to erupt from your hero

I'm open for suggestions!

I would suggest getting resolute technique, and puting all the crit chance points into things like catalyst that way when you are up against mobs that are strong against lightning you still have a sustain damage based on your magic on weapon, or I would buff up my defenses more with hp and resistances. But that is also the way that I play this build, I really don't like leaving things to chance mainly because I hate missing when I attack. But otherwise this is a very good build. try a 90point build 111 points is freakin tough to get.

Is it possible to update your passive tree, i'm currenlty playing around with the idea of making a Tempest shield build and would like some ideas

I love tempest shield and use it in most of my builds. However, it is not viable as a primary source of damage.

If you want to make a reflect themed character, I would look into a permanent vaal molten shell setup, and/or a cast when stunned+ci build utilizing spells with very high base damage.

I played smth like that last season (tempest shield, low life, cast when stunned)

Here's the core of my char.

Shavronne or Solaris Lorica (I played with Solaris just fine)
Rathpith
Redbeak % light leech
Anvil % light leech
Rainbow stride/wondertrap for mf

Maximise resis and ES on the other gear.
Corrupted high ES gloves with ele weakness on hit are totally perfect for this one.

For 6l Tempest +added lightning+lightning pen+empower+ele prolif+reduce mana

Cast when stunned + lifeleech + molten shell + conc. effect
Cast when stunned + enduring cry + immortal call + inc duration

Vaal discipline is a Must to save you ass against degen and being near dead.

It was a pretty funny build, did 70's solid.

Can't provide a passive-tree because of the reset. But you get the idea.
