Constant Lag Spikes Since Heist

This shit is unplayable frame times are all over the place up to 40k+. I have played since 3.0 and while I have had lag here an there (normally when betrayal encounter spawns in) it has never been like it is now. I cannot play I move for 5 secs get lag for 5 sec super fast forward for 2 secs play normal speed for 3 secs lag for 5 rinse repeat. I am so so sick of this shit. I have went over everything reset my whole network. Changed routers setup QoS nothing helps. Vulkan is worse than DX11.
I have 100/10Mbps reliable connection R5 2600 GTX 1070 16gb Ram SSD I am so goddamn frustrated with this crap...this is the only game that acts like this and I play a lot of games. Last bumped on Oct 17, 2020, 4:45:46 AM

Got the same problem, lagging and freezing when i do heist. Maps are abit better but not great.

Same its worse in the heist contracts then anywhere else. At this moment they're nearly unplayable for me.

WinMTR....run it while you play and lag.

Same, on CA realm. Constant spikes. Sometimes it shows up as a 1200ms spike on the F1 stats, other times it shows nothing, some times it shows a flat line. Always results in rubberbanding to new location after the 1-2second freeze. I tried the TX realm and same problem.

Bump. Same here. Same exact issue you got. Tried everything I could think of. Never had lag like this in any league before heist.
