Environmental Lore "No Stone Unturned" Achievement

The in-game achievement tracker has 29 in total. The wiki lists 25. I've figured out another 3 are the monographs in front of the 3 trials. That makes 28. What's the last one? I even tried the bronze plaque at the entrance of the lab. Didn't work. I'm still 28/29.

My character was made about halfway into the perandus hardcore league so its not the old character bug.

Dunno, but maybe the plaque where the goddess statue is in the Sarn Encampment, before you do all the trials in the area and you can enter the lab? ...just not much lore there tbh...

If I remember right there's one in the Marketplace that's fairly new. Did you get that one? Try searching the Marketplace on the WP side (without going through the statues). It's usually near an outside wall, but not actually on the wall itself. So just run around the perimeter of that area.

thanks for your help but I found out it was the solaris temple map device in normal and cruel difficulty that was missing from the wiki.

Now I have a bigger problem. The "Other" section. Every resource I have found speaks about it as it was when it was 12/12, which are the vaal letters. However there are now 22 things in the Other section... I am lost. If I had to guess maybe the notes in lab. For now I'm going to hunt corrupted zones for the letters

Plaques and poems in the lab, for sure.
