RIP Carnage Heart?

Idk if it has been brought up however Carnage Heart is probably going to become unusable in most circumstances. 25% is so much life to lose (the mechanic pretty much gets rid of passive tree life nodes). Will the amount be reduced to 15% (25% is 3 nodes so 15% is fitting)? I always thought it was a really good leveling item and would hate to be unable to use it. Ty

I agree that no change on the item is fairly strange but I don't think it'll matter too much, just mastercraft 2x 2% life leech on rings or ammy or some shit and you can keep on going =)

I'll be more direct : it's been always trash.
