Lost map instance after DC

Was just running one of the best rolls I have ever had on Strand. Got DCd, then attempted to login about 10 times with the connection dropping after I select my character. After 2 minutes of trying I got in, went to the eternal lab and the map device was inactive (ie it neve had a map in it). Went back to town, ctrl+clicked eternal lab and that isntance I just made was the only one available.

I still had some of the loot from that map run on me, so I wasn't hallucinating.

Pretty damn unhappy about it - how can something like this happen?! How does a particular instance just disappear?!?
