Lag spikes WINMTR inside

Hello,
I have recently had an issue where I have randoim lagspikes to 900ms, back down to 45 ms, then back up to 1600. It is random and I do not have this in other games more depanding on the CPU and GPU. I am running an i5-2400, 8gigs 1600mhz ddr3 ram and a GTX 770. looks to be an issue inside of the roadrunner network.
send a copy of the trace to the ISP and they should hopefully be able to help you out. | |

When I use my VPN through WINMTR I don't have an yissues. I tried following the guide but I don't know how to setup my VPN, private internet access with POE.

I am contacting TWC now, not really sure what to tell them though.

You can tell them exactly what you told us in the OP and that you've determined that the spikes are occurring at the first hops behind your router. Provide them with the WinMTR as proof.
