** Need help with new tree Dual Flame Totem **

I plan on running Dual Flame totem w/ three dragons if its still available in the new league.

I went for more punch w/ more e damage since maintaining triple stack shock isn't needed any more.

I like the build I just can't seem to shake the feeling that I'm missing something.
