No, but they fill up really fast at high levels. In some areas you kill enough souls to get another use out of it before the last use is even done.

" why at high levels ? isn't it purely the number of souls, independent of the level ? so just make sure and roll your maps with hordes :-) or run lunaris a lot, always huge mobs in lunaris... |

Sorry, I wasn't clear. I meant area levels, not gem levels. Because of the monster density.
