Doryani's Invitation Heavy Belt

I just got Doryani's Invitation Heavy Belt as a drop, which would be great if it were the lightning version. The one I got is the cold damage version however. I was wondering, are the invitation belts all similar in price to where I might be able to trade one with cold damage, to one with lightning damage? If not how much is the cold version approximately worth as opposed to the lightning version? Thanks in advance for your answers!

basically, cold is 20 chaos; lightning is 2.5 ex and up.
