Finishing Act 3 crashes my game

Every time i kill Dominus or talk to Lady Dialla after finishing Act 3 i get the fallowing error http://imgur.com/wVs6xDr (yes i know it's Windows Xp) and right after that i get a Windows C++ Runtime Library error.I tried re-instaling the game and it did not help.The image i provided shows the error when killing Dominus , when i talk to Dialla i get the same error but it's not called Demonic_NoRain.ogg its called something else, i don't have a screenshot of that error.
