Increase FPS for mid-high end pc?

Hi, I have AA on 16x running 1080p. No Post processing cuz it crashes my POE to desktop. No screen shake cuz no that's just bad for eyes.

Anyways I'm getting steady 45-75 fps. CPU usage is around 20-38% usage on my amd FX 8350. My graphic card sitting at 30-40% usage. Anyways I know it's not taxing but is there a way to get 90 to 120 fps? or more stable fps during mob packs?

-Disable unnecessary processes.
-Try to experiment with the resolution.
-Use the ggpk defragmenter.
Having that fps is not the bad, if you need more help just hmu.
