[Solved] Stormcloud Arctic Armour...

Hi:
I just caught the microtransaction Stormcloud Arctic Armour but when I put it in the gem and activate it I get the cloud or anything.
¿Some idea of that can be?.
I have been looking for the Forum but have not found anything like that.
