Looking for a newbie Spectral Throw build

Well, I'm restarting do play PoE after few months, and I looking for a pure solo Spectral Throw build, if exists something like this...I've searched before for a build, but all of then need some type of expensive high level unique.
Brutus (normal) just dropped this wonderful gem right now: Except for this gem, I dont have ANY (I mean 0 - zero- )unique, orbs or currency items to get something better. This is currently probably the most popular cheap build in the game, and certainly one of the best with no currency.
