Minion Instability + totem + Minion: does reduced damage apply on MI?

As topic says, does Spell totems reduced damage affect the damage dealt from minions with the Minion Instability keystone?
The wiki states that some gems such as minion damage, conc and so on increases the damage output. However it doesn't say anything about reducing the damage from spell totem or multitrap as an example. Anyone that have tested this out? ign: DreamsofIllusions

It's a generic Damage modifier. It applies to all Damage dealt.
(also, it's Less Damage, not Reduced) |
