I haven't been playing for quite a while and now have 96 points to drop on my level 78 Shadow tree. What is the best way to go with the current gear I have?

Wander.

You'll need to farm. Bloodseeker can help you there and become an endgame weapon as I understand it. With the relatively low dmg you'll need to tank some. Block, mind over matter and spellblock reave tank?
Could also try dual strike?!

1. Don't need the avoid status effects cluster on the right. I'd put those points into acrobatics, because you've gone the evasion route.

2. Clean up your skill links. There's no reason for doublestrike to have culling on it if it's your primary DPS. MPD will help your damage a lot more. Also what on earth are you doing with that flicker?

3. Your DPS is based on the bloodseeker, which honestly isn't a high DPS claw, and on a non-crit build. It'll always be fairly low. The trick is to get it high enough that you out-leech damage dealt to you, so you may want to consider other 1h nodes on the tree.
