Hi, Recipe is for every 40% quality i'll get 1 bower.

The recipe is, for a set of Quality Flasks that total over 40% Quality, you get 1 Glassblower's Bauble.
It's a small difference, but it's a relevant difference. Flasks cannot be used in two recipes. Working as intended. | |

That does NOT work for other stuff. The recipes have been 1 bauble/scrap/whetstone for 40% quality. It has never been 2 bauble/scrap/whetstone for 80% quality. You're just assuming.
