Animated Ground effects performance impact.

Animated Ground effects (burning/shock/chilled/desecrated) currently cause a HUGE performance impact. This is especially obvious in maps, where they are very common throughout the area, and they cause, for me at least, more than a 30 fps drop.

I'm pretty sure it would be possible to add an option to not have the animated effect, just a red/blue/green/white effect for each element that is static, so that low to mid end pcs won't struggle so much in animated ground maps.
Still waiting for GGG to admit that they made mistakes and actually work on fixing them.
