Back after over a year and need help!

I haven't played Path of Exile for well over a year .
I have a level 78 Templar with 97 skill points to use,here is my gear and gems as it stands.
Could anyone give me some advice as what i should do please.

You'll need to farm so there are a lot of options.

Single Target Skills - http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Mace
Strength Skills: Dominating Blow, Glacial Hammer, Heavy Strike, Shield Charge (with a shield).
Dexterity Skills: Double Strike, Dual Strike (dual wield only), Elemental Hit, Flicker Strike, Frenzy.
Multi-Targets Skills
Strength Skills: Ground Slam, Infernal Blow, Leap Slam, Lightning Strike, Sweep (2h Maces).

Frenzy might unrealistic, but choose a skill?!

Tankish build be good.
