I am not sure which to use

I am not sure which spirit shield to use. I have one from level 18 that gives me a bunch of spell damage but I am not level 40 and I am never sure if I should replace it or not. I haven't found one that gives me as much spell damage as my current one.

This is my current spirit shield.



And this is one I am considering using right now.

It's simple, if you're killing fast enough go for the spirit shield with higher block and bonus life. Still, neither of them is exactly stellar, you'll probably find better ones soon so don't sweat it much.
