Cheap/easy scion levelling?

Whats the easiest, cheapest and quickest leveling build starting from lvl 1?

Probably a basic two handed spectral throw, or ele buzzsaw. Depends on how you like to play.

Searing Bond - Increased Burning Damage (in combination with 'The Searing Touch' is very strong. Might even increase your damage if you add a Empower gem.

If you can get some easy cast speed nodes while leveling you might wanna try Flameblast - Spell Echo. People told me that this is very fast aswell.

sweet thanks I think Ill go for that. Ele buzzsaw requires uniques and stuff, I want something simple and dirt cheap preferably that lets me faceroll level from lvl 1
