WTB Video card suggestion!

Hi need advice here. My FPS for Path of Exile is crap since I am only relying on Intel HD 2500. What's a good card for 2-3k PHP (around 70 USD) budget?

Ask bhavv. Id go for a 780ti for the extra money. If its for PoE specifically I upgraded to an Nvidia 650ti Boost and it runs it really well everything on max. Basically go Nividia. Some AMD cards and PoE don't play nice.
Edit; I just noticed your budget.. 70$ might be pushing it a little tight to get something decent that will run PoE at the settings you're probably hoping for. Don't ever get the 780 Ti... 3GB frame buffer is stupidly low for a high-end card and is not even remotely future proof for SLI. I'd rather get a 780 with 6GB VRAM and SLI that up when Witcher 3 comes.
But as for the OP, $70 is quite a low budget, and a 730, although more powerful than your internal GPU, isn't gonna last you very long. IGN : Ericaa

I am having a good time with my GTX 560 Ti and a similar CPU to yours. In every other aspect your PC is already superior to mine and I am able to run the game on maxed out settings.
In conclusion I'd suggest to get a high-budget card of the 600 generation. Don't get the low-budget ones of any generation, they are awful in any case nowadays. It was different back in the days for certain but now you want to get the high-class ones instead of the low-budget broken pieces. You can get used ones cheap if you are lucky. Got mine from eBay aswell and the buyers protection in place nowadays on that platform is pretty good.
