Forum under articles improvement

I just noticed there is forum under each article (like classes, skills etc) but it is really inconvenient. When I try to open topic, page jump to the top and I have to scroll down again, which can be really annoying if article is especially long. Same thing happens if I try to reply to post.

Frankly, I'm not sure why they haven't just been deleted. No one really uses them.
