Instant PoE crash

heya, getting this insta-crash error since successfully playing 24hrs ago and for years.
not using steam.  is this part of the month-long HC race? I don't think this is very hardcore at all. Help for towards the launching of the PoE would be most obliged for. Thanks the. PoE's LD-50 = < 60 DMG DoT. i.e. MMO Click-em-up +2 mad millinery FTW when PVP by CAT-5.

First try shutting down the computer and turning it back on again.
Second, do a pack check for the normal client or Steam's verify cache for the steam client. |

I think that's usually a DEP error..
First thing I'd suggest is making sure Windows is fully updated from Windows Update. Second is I'd check to make sure you have the latest video drivers directly from the video card manufacturer's website. Finally, if none of that works, try disabling DEP for Path of Exile |

thankyou for assistance, my bad, it turned out to be spyware hogging resources in the background. problem resolved.
