Characters are missing at login o.0

I have now been playing this game for a week or so and every time i login all my characters are gone. I then keep reloging about 10 times or so and then they come back.
How can i stop this annoying bug from bugging the hell out of me ? My Gateway is Europe and League is Standard and i have it to show all. And as i am complaining about this here i am looking at a screen with 5 missing characters. Someone please help me cause this really is taking the piss... |

are you using steam or the standalone client?

Did you recently link to Steam, verify your account, or create a "forum" account?
If so, you likely overwrote your old account. This is usually recoverable. Simply send an email to the address in the Contact Support link at the top of the page and they can assist you in properly re-linking your account. |

Make sure you select "all" in the character selection screen or you might be filtering characters out of your list.

I am using standalone client.
I don't have Steam on my pc at all. I did accept the email confirmation for account creation twice by mistake now that i think about it. How would i go about fixing this ? |

Hi there,
The problem is that you somehow created another account with the same email address. I've gone ahead and deleted the secondary account. You should no longer have issues with accessing your proper account and characters. | |
