just tested out spell echo+vaal spark with gmp, lmp and fork. The result was pretty hilarious.

Lol that is awesome.
Can you test what happens with Enduring Cry? Does it cast 2 in a row back to back, allowing you (basically) to get double the EC charges?
Is it double the overall cast time of 1 EC?

Just tested it with enduring cry. It works quite well with spell echo actually, It's almost instant with the second cast.
Also, you do end up getting double the charges.

What does each GCP do for Spell Echo?
I haven't used one on spell echo in-game, but I've heard it gets 10% spell damage at 20% quality.
