Amount of the time played

Hi is there a way to find out how much time I've sunk into PoE if I play via client and not the steam? Typing /played wont work as I've deleted quite a few 70+ toons already :(

In online games not a lot of developers dare put that feature in, studies have shown that a decent percentage of players tends to leave due to sudden self respect plunge after checking out the numbers.
Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

Typed /played in the chat box. You'll have to do it for each character though. And the clock doesn't stop running when you're afk.
