What my tree looks like right now. Basically difference from yours is I'm not in the ranger tree and instead in the templar. I also would suggest not taking conduit unless you need it for your group as most people generally already have power charges in their build. It's a decent keystone for group play but does really nothing in solo play idk if that maters for you.

Also something I changed is I picked up more health regen it's not really super important but I find it helps to have a decent amount of health regen for stuff like dots.

Oh I also run acrobatics on my build I didn't include it in the one I linked cause I'm not sure if you like it or not but I definitely think it can be worth the 9 or so points it takes to get if you plan on running lightning coil.

Anyhow I'm not an expert I'v just been working on a ele wander for a bit myself.
