Wand Maradaur Build need some help

This is the build i planned so far. Atm im only lvl 31 and went over Iron Grip to Blood Magic.
I plan on using Power Siphon and Frenzy (maybe Elemental Hit) with Anger,Wrath and Grace. Atm im kinda stuck where to go next.

So i need help on some questions:
-Do i need Powerful Blast and the whole circle around it? Is the knockback worth it with the critchance?
-Do i need the physical wand dmg nodes? Do they give much or is strenght with iron grip enough since most dmg on a wand comes from elements.
-Does the increase element dmg nodes work with a wand or only the increase element weapon dmg nodes?
-Does Frenzy and Power Siphon need accuracy? If yes is it worth it taking Resulute Technique?
-What are your thoughts on my Build. Do you have any advices or examples how it would work better?

But what is the sence of the power charges if i cant use them?
What is a sence of 5% hit chance?
You'll need shitloads of accuracy nodes & additional accuracy gem

Whats still open is:
Is it worth getting the physical wand dmg nodes?

And why would i die fast with that health? I cant get really more as a wand marauder or?

Whats better a shield or dual wielding wands? I mean is the + dmg from the 2nd wand worth to us it?

Resolute Technique is pretty useless for power siphon... u can get sufficient accuracy with items

But my problem is that i already got Iron Grip and Blood Magic. And im still not sure about Resulute Technique but when u dont take Power Blast i think not getting it is bad. Cause 1. u need accuracy where u could have other stats(life strenght etc.) 2. u cant reach 100% hit anyway. So the question is is the crit dmg worth it? I suppose with 4 power charges and a wand with like 8% crit(which is much) i would have 24% critchance. (in my build) but no real crit dmg and i would still have atleast 5% chance to miss and alot of accuracy where something else could be.

Im not sure if the critchance of 2 wands stack like 8%+8%=16% + 4 power charges=48% that would be another story.

Resolute Technique + Elemental Hit works prefect with this build.


So u can try it too with yours
I will try elemental hit.

But i still wonder if the physical wand dmg nodes are worth taking since elder power gives whole 50% increased physical wand dmg. Or is it better to take the 10% of wand physical dmg is added as fire/cold/lightning dmg? Only one of these is possible for me.
