failed to initialise twitch

Hi,
I just created a twitch account. I run POE from steam account. Then in the POE options, I linked POE account to twitch. I restart steam and POE. It says in POE stream options : "failed to initialise twitch" How can I solve this ? Thanks. |

Can you find the error in the log file please? Go in the PoE program files, logs/Client.txt and search near the bottom after trying to connect to twitch.
Approximately, when did you link the PoE account to twitch? |

1) Try removing the Path of Exile\twitchsdk_32_release.dll and start the game as an administrator. It should download the file which might have been blocked by a security program like Norton. Make sure to allow PoE through any firewalls or antivirus prompts.
2) Can you make a new twitch account (and maybe a new PoE account for ease) and try that temporarily? |
