Hardcore CoC/Cyclone/EK Build - Need Thoughts

So what I'm trying to do is, plan a hardcore viable CoC/Cyclone/EK Build So far the results seems quite okay. I'd like to know your thoughts, would this build be good to go on hardcore mode? Stats what I want to achieve: -4500+ Life (+500 ES) -6000+ Armour ~70% Critical Chance with Cyclone, 40% with EK -60%+ Block & Spell Block -Max Res ofc. Did some testing with Poebuilder The results were: -a bit over 4500 life -440 something es ~65% crit chance with cyclone -33% crit chance with EK ~58 Block(62 with Tempest shield) ~52 Spell block (poebuilder calculated with a 40% rathpith, this'll go to like 65% with Tempest shield and 57+ rathpith) -Resistances will be pretty hard to get, this build is expensive. Alternative version of the build Running low level AA, using mana for cyclone, critical damage gem instead of blood magic, a little lower life, My guess is around 3500, lower block, higher damage tho: Gems: This build is very hard to run with mana, you'd lose too many passive points to get high mana pool and regen. That's why I chose blood magic gem. The build can be ran with mana, with a similar build shown above. with that build you should be able to get enough mana regen to run some level AA, and use cyclone with mana on top of that. The gear will be expensive tho. Cyclone(20Q-Must)-EK-CoC-Life Leech-Blood Magic-(Iron Will/Added Fire/Critical Damage, needs testing which one is the most worthy, Iron Will's negative cast speed doesnt affect the procs of CoC at all.) Cast When Damage Taken-End. Cry-Immortal Call-Incr. Duration Cast When Damage Taken-(Critical Weakness, explained later)-Enfeeble-Incr. Area of Effect Reduced Mana-Grace-Hatred-(Tempest Shield, optional.) Reduced Duration-Lightning Warp-Faster Casting Gearing:
Weapons/Weapons+Shield
Dagger 9.5%+ Crit Chance, 80% Global Crit, 80%+ Spell Crit, Spell Damage, (Phys dmg is great buffer for cyclone dmg) & Rathpith Globe
There's many different variations you can do here.
Body Armor
5-6 Linked High AR/EV Chest Life/Res Rolls
Rings
Diamond Ring Base, Life&Resist rolls
Amulet
Stone of Lazhwar (Corrupted +1 Curses), To use Critical Weakness on top of enfeeble. Huge Extra damage!
Helm
Rat's Nest for more Critical chance
Gloves
Maligaro's or Doedre's Would probably be the best for Damage, but I planned to go for life/res rolls rare, since this is going to be hardcore character.
Boots
I'm going for Life, movement speed, and as much resists as possible from this slot.
Belt
Physical Variant of Doryani's Invitation would probably be the best here, however, I think it'd be cheaper to buy dual- or trires rustic sash with life.
Low Level Builds

Cyclone is never viable in hardcore.
