Skill point or IAS?

I'm building a crit, claw, vaal pact, CI scion

right now I have about 55%IAS and am on cruel at the bandits quest. Should I take the skill point or the IAS? My passive tree plan is below.

I am concerned with much more IAS that I will have mana issues with reave but I don't know if I will.

Any help is appreciated!

You have a broken link I think, I tried to load it, nothing. Generally IAS, it's most efficient and there are ways around mana cost endgame. If you are concerned and are phys based, you could also go for Oak.

You could take the 12% leech off the tree which negates the downside of having Vaal Pact pretty much with claws (Optional if you have Blood Rage to a good level)
