OH NO stuck at the last quest please HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As I am doing the quest piety's pet
I have killed that boss but suddenly disconected
that quest require me to get a key form the boss
but I haven't got anything
I kill the boss again after that but I still can't get any key form the boss

I am just stuck in this quest and do nothing

Can anyone help me???
