Life flasks not working

i have 3 sanctified life flasks, 1 granite, and a jade.

only 1 life flask of the 3 works, granite and jade are fine too.

originally only 1 life flask was not working, and then i tried swapping the flask positions and that didn't work. Then I replaced the nonworking flask with a mana one and it worked. Swapped back the mana for the life flask i wanted to use originally and still not working. A couple swaps later, now I have 2 sancitified life flasks that are not working. I do not have Vaal Pact and only 1 of the 3 life flasks I have on are working while all other flasks are fine?

I keep refreshing the WP from sarn and all flasks are visibly full and the gulping sounds are heard, but just no effect and they don't deplete always remaining full.

Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug? Help?

Changed Life, Mana and Hybrid flasks to no longer be usable when they would have no function. That is, when there is no life and/or mana to recover and there is no on-use effect.
