I know that your crit chance with unarmed is 0%. But can I still increase the crit chance of infernal blow whilst being unarmed?

AFAIK, you can, since the skill itself has a crit value.

Thanks for the reply. In the Info Sheet for Infernal Blow it shows no crit chance but the gem does have one, may be able to confirm in a few levels when I reach a crit chance node
