Does it make my undead stronger or weaker or no change?
How does it change my totems? http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Leer_Cast I'm unclear on how it effects anything...not good at this game so sorry if it seems like a stupid question. |

It doesn't apply to totems. It gives 15% increased damage to minions and allies.
