Amazon Mayhem Promotion and Path of Exile

For the next two weeks, Amazon is running its Mayhem promotion and Path of Exile is participating. There are three packs you can buy (through Amazon only), all of which include points equal to the value of the pack, plus some other bonus microtransactions. The Amazon page indicates that the promotion is only available to customers in the US. I'm trying to track down whether this is the case and whether we can have it expanded to include other countries.
