New to Fraps

So I am new, here are my specs, what are the best options and settings in game for fraps, and fraps itself. This is SLI.

Don't use FRAPS.

I've tried with FRAPS and MSI Afterburner, FRAPS is a pure garbage compared to Afterburner, never looked back and never looked for another one.

Also, how can I downsize videos for youtube uploads?

Movie Maker does an excellent job and doesn't require more than 80 IQ.

Load up the raw version in the WMM, you can edit it there, put some music or you don't have to do anything, just save it as MPEG4 (if I'm not mistaken) and the size will be greatly reduced, I've seen it go from 700 to 70 MB.
