Ele wander theorycrafting, need help

Hello all!
So i tried to play ele CI wander in 2 weeks league, and i liked it alot. Died on 67 due to stupid mistake, and i plan to reroll as a life ele wander.

I spend few hours playing with calculator and came up with a few variations, and i can't decide which one is better, because my experience was really short.

I plan to run as many auras as possible + high level arctic armour.

I like Bullying, but i doubt if i need it, because with big DPS ill have nothing to knockback. Other side is that there are huge mana nodes around it.

First one is going to Shadow area to pick some dex, attack speed and some life


Second one is taking shortcut to be able to take shaper


Third one is my favourite for now


I liked Inner force alot, here i lost a little % mana and bullying, as well as one power charge, but it doesnt seem like a big deal. Also here ill be able to upgrade to alpha's Howl when i get some currency and run even more buffed auras. This build also can take Conduit more easier.

So, what do you think guys?
