Answered your question - you have nowhere near enough phys on the dagger to rely on phys leech. You must have Life Leech on the ST links. And fyi, the dagger is terrible, where is the crit roll? You cannot do a dagger build without it. Even without crown of eyes, you want the crit roll.

You'll be far better off with a high attack speed dagger and just use a LL gem in the 6l for now than trying to use Bino's as a physical dagger for ST.
