Temporary Fix for those suffering from graphic overheat/wanna limit fps

my laptop has an ati 5650hd and was suffering from extreme overheating, even with vsync on it was overheating at an overwhelming speed, however since PoE has no fps limiter i took the job and went to search for one online and came across fps_limiter

and the instructions for usage is here, make sure you have java on your laptop, and choose D3D9 option since PoE uses DirectX 9

I have limited the fps to 35-40 and obtained good results after prolonged playing, was hitting >95C even with vsync on but with the limiter my temps stay around 80, which doesnt leave me any artifacts/BSOD!

Be careful. You may burn that card up. I had a desktop ATI 4850 and I killed it after it hit 106 C's
