caster Scion focused on Arc and/or Storm Call?

Hi folks :)
I plan to make Scion with Arc and/or Storm Call (Scion version of this Witch build) but I wasn't able to find detailed lightning caster build on Scion forum so I would like to ask for suggestion/idea for it :) I was only able to find those two passive tree #1 passive tree #2 which one is better or/and what you would change? ofc I would be very happy with other suggestion for passive tree builds :) Last edited by Lukiner on May 13, 2014, 4:14:42 PM
